Forklift used to spread a not so important message

When Hurricane Chances Increase in Dixfield, One Business Relies On Their Forklift to Help Improve Sales.

DIXFIELD — Skies on last Friday were almost devoid of cumulus clouds or any sign of approaching disaster from hurricane Irene. This hurricane is expected to reach to Maine after 28th August.

There are still forecasts of heavy storms and power outages.

Because of this reason, Honda generators’ timely delivery on Friday has Sons employee Jason Haynes and Osgood getting the word out by putting capital letters on the longtime East Dixfield organizations’ symbol beside Route 2.

While standing in the Forklift basket, Jason Haynes quickly spelled out on the west side of the sign “Irene is coming! Get your Honda Generator before they are all gone.”  But when he came down he observed that the lines are missing word “E” many times. He sent a message to the store to send more.

Meanwhile another staff member came with the vowel letters; he started tossing them to the Haynes, who was in the forklift basket, so that he can finish it quickly.
